Prepare this delicious snack of breaded jalapeño peppers, stuffed with a rich dip of cream cheese with cheddar cheese, pepperoni, bacon and corn kernels. Take advantage of your stale bread because thanks to your Braun® MultiQuick it is very easy to make bread crumbs.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 packages of cream cheese
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion
  • 2 spoonfuls of scallion
  • 1/4 of Cup of pepperoni cut into cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of bacon fried and cut into cubes
  • 1 Cup of cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/4 of Cup of corn kernels
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 20 pieces of jalapeno pepper deveined and seedless
  • 1 Cup of bread hard, to bake
  • 1 Cup of cornflakes for breading
  • enough of flour for breading
  • enough of egg beaten for the breading
  • enough of oil to fry

    Preparation

    Acrema cream cheese with the help of the bell of your Braun® MultiQuick 7. Mix with onion, green onions, pepperoni, bacon, cheddar cheese, shelled corn and season with salt and pepper. Place in a pastry sleeve.
    Open and de-vein the chiles with a knife, taking care not to break them. Refill them with the previous preparation and reserve.
    Use your Braun® MultiQuick 725 Food Processor to process the hard bread along with the cornflakes until you get a fine powder.
    Crush the chiles through flour, egg and the mixture of bread and corn flakes.
    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the jalapeños until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
    Serve hot with the dressing of your choice.

    PRESENTATION

    On an absorbent paper, accompanied with a dressing of your preference.

    TIPS

    If you want to reduce the hotness of the chilies, let them soak 10 minutes in water with ¼ cup of vinegar.
