Preparation
Acrema cream cheese with the help of the bell of your Braun® MultiQuick 7. Mix with onion, green onions, pepperoni, bacon, cheddar cheese, shelled corn and season with salt and pepper. Place in a pastry sleeve.
Open and de-vein the chiles with a knife, taking care not to break them. Refill them with the previous preparation and reserve.
Use your Braun® MultiQuick 725 Food Processor to process the hard bread along with the cornflakes until you get a fine powder.
Crush the chiles through flour, egg and the mixture of bread and corn flakes.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the jalapeños until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve hot with the dressing of your choice.
