Preparation
Blend together the onion, garlic, chipotle peppers, tomato, water and orange juice until smooth.
Place the shrimps into a medium bowl and combine with de lemon, salt, and pepper. Marinate 10 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt the butter with the olive oil and cook the garlic with the marinated shrimp around 5 minutes. Add in the adobo sauce and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes. Reduce heat to low-medium heat, add the Real Best Foods® Mayonnaise and cream cheese. Bring to a gentle simmer, while stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl mix the ingredients of the guacamole. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, and gently mix together. Season with salt and pepper.
In a medium baking dish place a layer of the shrimp dip and , cover with guacamole. Smooth the top with a spatula. Draw the football court lines with some Real Best Foods® Mayonnaise. Make the goals with pretzels and serve.
