Dips are a great choice for your guest at any reunion. This easy and delicious snack is perfect for you to cook in no time. The great flavor combination that gives chipotle pepper to the shrimps is irresistible; and if you add the guacamole...probably you won´t stop eating. This will be the sensation for the Superbowl!

Ingredients

14 portions
  • 1/4 white onions, roasted, for marinade
  • 1 clove garlic, Roasted with shell, for marinade
  • 1/2 cups chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, for marinade
  • 1 tomtato, roast, for marinade
  • 1/4 cups Water, for marinade
  • 1/4 cups orange juice, for marinade
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Best Foods®
  • 1 cup cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 8 avocados, for guacamole
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice, for guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for guacamole
  • 1/4 cups cuaresmeño or jalapeño pepper, finely chopped, for guacamole
  • 1/4 cups Mayonnaise Best Foods®, for guacamole
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • enough pretzel, squares

Preparation

Blend together the onion, garlic, chipotle peppers, tomato, water and orange juice until smooth.
Place the shrimps into a medium bowl and combine with de lemon, salt, and pepper. Marinate 10 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt the butter with the olive oil and cook the garlic with the marinated shrimp around 5 minutes. Add in the adobo sauce and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes. Reduce heat to low-medium heat, add the Real Best Foods® Mayonnaise and cream cheese. Bring to a gentle simmer, while stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl mix the ingredients of the guacamole. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, and gently mix together. Season with salt and pepper.
In a medium baking dish place a layer of the shrimp dip and , cover with guacamole. Smooth the top with a spatula. Draw the football court lines with some Real Best Foods® Mayonnaise. Make the goals with pretzels and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve with tortilla chips and pretzels.
