You will not believe when you try this flavorful dip that you can prepare in less than 10 minutes. It is made from coriander, garlic, onion, with a spicy touch of serrano pepper and lemon droplets. It is ideal for your snack!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 2 cups Yoghurt Greek Yoplait Without Sugar Added
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seed, toast
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, chopped into small cubes
  • to taste carrot, on roasting sticks comal

Preparation

Place the coriander, garlic, onion powder, serrano pepper, lemon juice, Greek Yoplait with no added sugar, olive oil and pomegranate in the food processor. Process 5 minutes or until you get a creamy consistency.
Add the diced cucumber and season to your liking with salt and pepper.
Serve and accompany with a little roasted carrot sticks, decorate with some fresh coriander leaves and whole pome. Enjoy.

TIPS

Place the carrot sticks on a griddle before serving, this will give them much more flavor and good presentation.
