Prepare this delicious jalapeño dip and cheddar cheese made with Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%. It is perfect for botanear with your friends and you can accompany it with crackers or toasted Arab bread. Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 180 grams of cream cheese
  • 4 pieces of jalapeño
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of cumin powder
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Combine the cream cheese with the Yogurt FAGE Total® 0% until smooth.
    Cut 3 of the jalapeños in half and remove the veins and seeds. Cut them finely. Use a fork to help you cut the jalapeño.
    Finely chop the chopped and add to the mixture of Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% along with the jalapeños, cumin and salt. Grate the manchego cheese and the cheddar cheese. Add it and mix until everything is well incorporated.
    Place the dip in a small refractory oven and add more cheddar and manchego cheese on top. Cut the leftover jalapeño into slices and arrange them on top of the cheese. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese melts.

    PRESENTATION

    Place some crackers or toasted Arab bread around.

    TIPS

    Serve it at the moment so that the cheddar cheese maintains its melted consistency.

    Se me antoja!! Para hacerla cuando mi marido tengas retas de PS4 con los amigos!! Aunque no usaría el horno ynlo haría en una cacerola... ;)
