Crispy Pasta Filo with Spinach and Ricotta Cheese

Cook these quick and easy crunchy filo pastry cakes, with a soft filling of Spinach Eva®, cream cheese and ricotta cheese, these snacks are ideal for sharing with whoever you want, you can send them to your children for lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Ricotta cheese for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion finely chopped, for filling
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic Finely chopped, for filling
  • 1/2 Cup of Spinach Eva® finely chopped, for filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of cream cheese cut into cubes, for filling
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper for the filling
  • 1/2 kilo of Filo pastry
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter melted

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    For the filling, in a bowl mix the ricotta cheese with the onion, the garlic, the Eva® Spinach, the cream cheese, salt and pepper. Reservation.
    On a floured surface place the filo dough and cut into 10x10 cm squares, place them in a greased and floured cupcakes mold previously, varnishing each with butter. Once you have several layers, fill with the previous mixture and close with a little more phyllo dough.
    Varnish with a little melted butter and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the oven, unmold and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve crunchy on a table.

    TIPS

    You can make the crispy with puff pastry in case you do not find phyllo dough.
