  • Pam® Original, Canola oil spray
  • 500 grams corn masa
  • 500 grams ground beef, of chicken
  • 40 grams guajillo chili, powdered
  • 40 grams ancho chili pepper, powdered
  • 1/3 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chicken consommé
  • 100 milliliters cream, reduced in fat
  • 2 teaspoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 100 grams panela cheese, grated
  • salt
  • black pepper


Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Spray a pan with 3 shots of PAM® Original and cook the onion, garlic, ground chicken and add the chilies in powder, let it cook over low heat without stopping to move, add the consommé, and salpimentar.
With the dough, form small balls and place the mixture in the center, close them and crush them.
Spray a baking tray with PAM® Original and place the gorditas that are forming, sprinkle them over.
Bake for 15 minutes on one side and 15 on the other turning them over.


Serve them bathed in cream, chopped onion, cilantro, and grated cheese. You can also accompany them with some salsa or PAM guacamole.

Pido un tip Para la masa: 2 tazas de Harina de Maíz 1/4 taza de harina blanca 2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear Me podrian dar mas tips para hacer las gorditas? con esta receta las hice y la verdad no son faciles y no me quedaron muy esponjosas, 1/2 cucharadita de sal 2 cucharadas de manteca vegetal 1-1/2 tazas de agua tibia o chile colorado 1/4 taza de aceite vegetal
