Prepare this homemade version of tacos al pastor, it was never easier to have a meal at home with an urban flavor.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 4 pieces of Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked tortillinas®
  • 500 grams of flank steak
  • 3 spoonfuls of annatto paste
  • 1 teaspoonful of whole black pepper
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 piece of clove
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups of orange juice
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 Cup of pineapple in cubes
  • 1/2 piece of red onion filleted
  • 2 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

    Preparation

    Grind the achiote paste with the spices, orange juice, onion and garlic. Marinate the meat in the mixture.
    Heat a little vegetable oil and stir-fry the fried red onion, then add the marinated pork.
    Add the pineapple cubes and cook until the pork is cooked.
    Serve on banana leaves and serve with the Tía Rosa® Precooked Tortillinas®.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with pickled onions and roasted Habaneros.

    TIPS

    You can substitute beef for pork.

    Qué tipo de carne se utiliza, en los ingredientes dice falda de res pero en el procedimiento dice carne de cerdo.
