Ingredients

4 portions
  • 12 corn tortilla chip
  • 1 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup canned refried beans
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1/4 cups cream
  • 1/2 cups spicy sauce, the one you have in your house
  • 1/4 cups cheese, grated

Preparation

Spread a light layer of refried beans on toast. The beans can be of which you have in your house, I recommend to season them with onion, garlic and chile serrano.
Place some of the shredded chicken on top. Chop the cabbage and add it to the toast.
Place the chopped tomato, the avocado and top with cream, cheese and the sauce of your choice.

PRESENTATION

Place 3 toast per person per plate, if you wish or you can you can add to the taste fresh cream and ground cheese to toast, but that is already if you wish. Do not forget the sauce to taste.

TIPS

You can fry tortillas instead of using pack toast, but the purpose is to make a quick dish and for surprise visits. If you do not have spare chicken, you can use picadillo, shredded meat, or beans with only the other ingredients.
