Unmold the salmon mousse from the mold and place it on a rectangular plate. Decorate with salmon slices, add arugula leaves, and sprinkle with chives. Serve with some delicious Whole Grain Habaneras® Crackers.
Tips
Don't forget to temper the melted gelatin with a small portion of the mixture, this will prevent it from curdling and achieve the desired texture.
