Prepare this oyster mousse recipe to accompany your meals. It is ideal for botanear and you can accompany it with bread croutons. The Yogurt FAGE Total® 0% gives it a creamy consistency and a delicious taste.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 liter Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 1 can smoked oyster
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1/2 tablespoons English sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh scallion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chinese parsley
  • 3 tablespoons beef bouillon
  • 1 rustic bread, round

Preparation

Drain the smoked oysters and put them in the blender along with the beef broth. Add the garlic, chives, rosemary and English sauce.
Pour the Yogurt FAGE Total® 0% in a bowl and add the previously liquefied oyster mixture, add salt and pepper.
Cut the top part of the peasant bread and remove the crumb to create a hole to pour the oyster mousse. Decorate with some leaves of Chinese parsley.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a round peasant bread and sprinkle chives or Chinese parsley on top.

TIPS

You can heat the mousse and use it as a sauce for an oyster paste.
