  • 500 grams meat, finely chopped
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cups sauce, black
  • 1 can black bean
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 cups tortilla chips, or nachos
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1 branch fresh coriander


Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
In a skillet over medium-high heat heat the oil, sauté the onion until transparent. Then add the minced meat, garlic powder, oregano and black sauce.
Cook until the meat is well cooked, approximately 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Place a layer of nachos on a container that you can put in the oven; On top, pour the meat with its juice and then add a layer of beans. Sprinkle over with the two cheeses combined. You can put another layer of nachos, beans and cheeses until you finish with the ingredients. Finally add the chopped tomato. Bake for about 15 minutes so that the cheeses melt.
