The Peruvian cause, a potato or sweet potato base stuck with fish, chicken or meat.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 cups yellow potato, cooked and mashed
  • 1/2 cups yellow chili paste
  • 2 green lemons
  • 1/4 cups vegetal oil
  • 300 grams tuna loin, cool
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons hot chili sauce
  • to taste chives, chopped to decorate

Preparation

Mix in a deep bowl the potato, the yellow pepper, the lemon and the oil to make the mass of the causes. Season with salt and pepper and mix well with your hands.
Cut the tuna into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the mayonnaise and chili in another container and add to the tuna cubes.
Form small portions of the cause and serve them on a long plate, decorating with the stems of green onions.

TIPS

The pepper of the Peruvian recipes can be substituted by pepper.
