Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 kilo cambray potato
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 glass lemon juice

Preparation

Wash the chips previously and pinch them with a fork, cook them in water until they are not too hard.
Drain the water and add the butter and oil to prevent sticking. Finish the cooking with lemon juice, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Lower the heat and let cook.

PRESENTATION

Place them in a bowl and sprinkle a little parsley.
