Delicious chips for an informal meeting. They have a rich lemon flavor accompanied by the salty flavor of soy and that combines perfectly with butter. You can put them in the center of the table with some chopsticks so that all your guests can taste them; they will love it

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 kilo of cambray potato
  • 1 stick of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 glass of lemon juice

    Preparation

    Wash the chips previously and pinch them with a fork, cook them in water until they are not too hard.
    Drain the water and add the butter and oil to prevent sticking. Finish the cooking with lemon juice, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    Lower the heat and let cook.

    PRESENTATION
