Ingredients

12 portions
  • 12 slices wholemeal bread, the previous day
  • 60 grams margarine
  • 1/2 cups low fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda, Granulated Sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 grams manchego cheese, low fat grated

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Remove the edges of the bread. Flatten with a rolling pin and put margarine on one side with a brush. Press the bread slices (the side with margarine should go down) in a mold for 12 muffins. Bake for 5 minutes.
Mix milk, SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener Granulated, chives, eggs and cheese. Fill the bread containers and continue baking for 25-30 minutes or until golden and firm. Serve hot or cold.
