Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo lamb meat, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • white pepper, to taste

  • 1/4 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 lettuce, chopped and washed
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • dressing, olive oil and vinegar
  • 1/2 liters greek yogurt, or cool jocoque
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

In a bowl mix all the ingredients. White pepper, salt. 1/2 cta of ginger. 1/4 of pimento.
In a pan with hot olive oil, add them and cook until the meat is well cooked and golden brown.
Open the pita bread in the middle and fill it with meat, tomato lettuce, onion, put 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt or fresh jocoque inside each cake and season with the oil and vinegar dressing.

PRESENTATION

On a plate place them halved one on top of the other, a dish that they would like very much.

TIPS

The dressing of oil and vinegar is simple to make just mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 1/3 cup of olive oil, salt and pepper and then season the kebab.
