Can you imagine a sandwich with a sweet and salty flavor? You have to try this delicacy that I assure you will surprise you with its exquisite taste of red fruit homemade jam, and the delicious mozzarella cheese that melts in your mouth. Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 cups blackberry
  • 1/2 cups raspberry
  • 1/2 cups refined sugar
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 1 bunch asparagus, bleached
  • 12 slices Oroweat® bread 12 grains
  • 1 cup mozzarella, grated

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a saucepan over medium heat add the blackberries and raspberries, with the sugar, let cook for 20 minutes or until it has the consistency of jam. Chill and reserve.
Roll the asparagus with bacon, and in a pan over medium heat, fry the asparagus until golden brown.
