Preparation
With a fork, mash the avocado. Add the lemon juice and finely chopped onion. Continue crushing until the mixture is moderately soft.
Mix the mayonnaise with the cilantro.
Preheat a skillet at medium temperature. Place the bread in the pan for 2 or 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Spread two slices of bread with a thin layer of mayonnaise on both sides. Spread the remaining 4 slices of bread with the avocado on one side only.
In the first slice of bread with avocado, put a leaf of lettuce, a slice of ham and tomato; Top a slice of bread with mayonnaise and on top of it, the alfalfa sprouts, the chicken and two slices of avocado and finish with a slice of bread with avocado.
Compress the sandwiches and cut them in half. Serve them immediately.
