Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 Camembert cheese, round
  • 1 egg
  • flour
  • ground bread
  • salt, and pepper
  • 1 cluster seedless green grape
  • Romaine orejonas, or French; some leaves
  • corn oil, to fry

Preparation

Beat the egg and salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the Camembert cheese with flour.
Immerse the floured cheese in the beaten egg and cover, making sure there is a uniform layer on all sides.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cheese for 1 minute on each side or until golden brown.
Once the cheese is fried, place on a disposable towel to remove the excess oil.

PRESENTATION

In an extended dish place a bed of 3 or 4 sheets of lettuce previously disinfected and place on top the breaded Camembert cheese. Accompany the cheese with the cluster of green seedless grapes.

TIPS
