Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Put the pistachios in a pan and cook until lightly toasted (10 minutes). Then place the pistachios on a plate.
Place the brie cheese on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes until the top is soft.
Transfer the brie cheese on a plate.
In a pan put honey, vinegar and rosemary, cook over medium heat until hot.
Incorporate raspberries and pistachios. Stir slightly without pressing.
Put the mixture on top of the hot cheese and serve immediately.
