Ingredients

30 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons jam, peach
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • lemon juice, 1 piece
  • 1 tablespoon apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
  • salt, necessary amount
  • 4 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 5 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups blue cheese, or gorgonzola
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1/3 cups raspberry, dry
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jam

Preparation

To make these cheese balls so original, the first thing to do is mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Once ready, you have to coat them with the ingredients of the batter (raspberry jam, dried raspberries and walnut). These should be placed in the same bowl creating a kind of syrup that will stick easily to your ball.
Once you finish going through the batter all the cheese balls will have ready your perfect appetizer for any occasion.

PRESENTATION

Prepare a salad with cherry tomatoes and romaine lettuce, both previously disinfected.
