Prepare these chicken pizzas are buffalo sauce to impress your family and friends. Here we show you how to prepare buffalo sauce from scratch. It is very easy to make and the Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% gives it a delicious flavor. You can serve them as tickets or as a snack at some informal meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 90 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/4 cups chives
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cups Roquefort cheese
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
For the buffalo sauce: Melt the butter in a pot and add the vinegar, the mashed sugar, the cayenne, the tabasco sauce, the tomato sauce, the garlic and onion powder. Stir for 10 minutes over medium heat. You should have a slightly thick sauce.
Bake the Arab bread at 200 ° C for 2 minutes and reserve. Cook chicken breast in water until fully cooked. Once cooked, with the help of two forks, crush it.
Acrema cream cheese to be easy to spread, if you prefer, you can use cream cheese that is ready to spread. Place a thin layer of cream cheese on top of the Arabic bread.
Finely chop the chives and mix with the shredded chicken and half the buffalo sauce. Add a little of the chicken mixture with buffalo sauce on top of each Arabic bread. Grate the cheddar cheese and the roquefort cheese, sprinkle over the chicken.
Bake at 200 ° C for 5 minutes until the cheeses have melted. Combine the rest of the buffalo sauce with the Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%. Remove the pizzas from the oven and place a bit of the Yogurt sauce FAGE Total® 0% with buffalo on top.

TIPS

You can grill the chicken instead of boiling it.
