Ingredients

4 portions
  • 200 grams Manchego cheese
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams Parmesan cheese, reggiano
  • 100 grams butter
  • 70 grams Chipotle Hunt´S ® BBQ Sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams flour
  • 250 grams ground bread
  • 700 milliliters oil, to fry

Preparation

In the food processor add the Manchego cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan Reggiano cheese, butter and mix well until you make a creamy paste. Reserve in a container.
Roll the cheese mixture into balls and freeze for 24 hours.
Prepare the breading by placing the egg in three different containers, the flour in another and the panko in another.
Preheat the oil to 180 ° C and keep it at that temperature.
Once the balls are frozen, with the handle of a spoon, make a deep hole and fill with the Chipotle Hunt's ® BBQ Sauce and close.
Pass the balls through the breading; First for the flour, then for the egg and finally in the panko.
Fry the balls for 3 minutes and let the oil drain.
Once they drain, bury a banderilla stick in each ball and that's it.
