Ingredients

4 portions
  • 200 grams manchego cheese
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams parmesan cheese, reggiano
  • 100 grams butter
  • 70 grams Chipotle BBQ Sauce Hunt's ®
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams flour
  • 250 grams panko bread crumbs
  • 700 milliliters oil, to fry
  • 24 wood sticks

Preparation

In the kitchen robot add the Manchego cheese, the cream cheese, the Parmesan Reggiano cheese, the butter and mix well until you make a creamy paste. Reserve in a container.
Make balls with the cheese mixture and freeze for 24 hours.
Prepare the breaded placing in three different containers the egg, in another the flour and in another the panko.
Preheat the oil to 180 ° C and keep it at that temperature.
Once the balls are frozen, with the handle of a spoon make a deep hole and fill with the Chipotle Hunt´s ® BBQ Sauce and close.
Pass the balls through the breaded; First for the flour, then for the egg and finally in the panko.
Fry the balls for 3 minutes and let the oil drain.
Once they drain bury a banderilla stick in each ball and that's it.

PRESENTATION

Serve with salad or just as cheese lollipops; This fun dish loves children.
