The Botana of Goat Cheese and Olives is a delicious snack, with a very fun presentation. It is a snack in the form of penguins, mounted on delicious hearts of palm and mushrooms. Ideal for the children of the house or as a fun entrance to any party.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 packages goat cheese
  • 2 cans black olive
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 cans white mushroom, canned
  • 1 can palmetto
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Remove the liquid to the cans of mushrooms, hearts of palm and olives.
Mix the mushrooms, palm hearts and add oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Bake this mixture for 25 minutes.
Half of the olives, cut in half, taking care not to separate, as these will be the wings of the penguins. The other half of the olives keep them whole, as they will be the heads.
Cut the carrot with a knife to form the tips and legs of the penguin.
Form balls of goat cheese, cover the balls with the olives open and on these the whole olives. Make an opening to the whole olives, there enter the peak formed of carrot. Under the body, place the legs.
Serve immediately when the vegetables are cooked. Arrange your penguins along the tray.
