Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of bacon chopped and fried
  • 1/4 of cup of cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup of onion powder
  • enough of salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • 10 jalapeno Peppers cut in half
  • enough of puff pastry
  • enough of egg to varnish
  • enough of black sesame seed
  • 1/2 cup of McCormick® Mustard original
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of parsley finely chopped
  • to taste of salt
  • to taste of black pepper

Preparation

Make a mixture with cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, cornstarch, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
Fill the jalapeno peppers with the mixture and cover with puff pastry. Varnish with egg and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
Bake the jalapeños at 180 ° C for 15 minutes. Reservation.
Make a dip with original McCormick® Mustard, sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper.
Present the poppers with the dip.

PRESENTATION
