Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bacon, chopped and fried
  • 1/4 cups cornstarch
  • 1/2 cups onion powder
  • enough salt
  • enough black pepper
  • 10 jalapeno Peppers, cut in half
  • enough puff pastry
  • enough egg, to varnish
  • enough black sesame seed
  • 1/2 cups McCormick® Mustard, original
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

Make a mixture with cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, cornstarch, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
Fill the jalapeno peppers with the mixture and cover with puff pastry. Varnish with egg and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
Bake the jalapeños at 180 ° C for 15 minutes. Reservation.
Make a dip with original McCormick® Mustard, sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper.
Present the poppers with the dip.

PRESENTATION
