Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 baguette bread, in thick slices
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fine herbs
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon agave honey
  • 1 branch rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 200 grams extra secial® goat cheese package with ash
  • 1 cup strawberry, slice
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste basil, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Glaze both sides of the slices of baguette with the melted butter and sprinkle some fine herbs.
Place on a tray and bake about 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, to brown. Reservation.
For the reduction, in a pot over medium heat, cook the vinegar with honey, rosemary and garlic, until it is reduced by half and has a semi-heavy consistency. Chill and reserve.
Spread each piece of bread with a little goat cheese. Arrange the strawberries, add a touch of black pepper, bathe with the reduction of vinegar and decorate with basil.
