  • 1 baguette bread, cut into slices 1 centimeter thick
  • 250 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, cut into slices
  • 8 fresh basil leaves, girls
  • pesto
  • olive oils

Preparation

Cut the bread into slices 1 centimeter thick. Heat a grill or you can also do it in an electric oven.
Spread a bit of olive oil on the slices of bread.
Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella cheese so that they are the size of the bread.
Accommodate a slice of cheese and slices of tomato. Repeat for all slices. Bake until the cheese melts.
