Ingredients

16 portions
  • 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups orange, in segments
  • 1/4 cups raisin
  • 2 tablespoons almond, in sheets
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • to taste cracker

Preparation

Mix chicken, oranges, raisins, almonds and mayonnaise; cover them.
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour for the flavors to combine.
Cover each cookie with 1 teaspoon of the mixture with chicken. Serve the sandwiches immediately.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with chopped fresh parsley.
