  • 500 grams surimi, shredding

  • 2 celeries, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups chipotle chili, chopped
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 3 lemons, the juice
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Splenda, , No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

  • 3/4 cups light mayonnaise
