Ingredients

2 portions
  • 400 grams shrimp, raw
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • serrano peppers
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 little horse white tequila, or vintage or to taste
  • oregano

Preparation

Cut the tomato, onion, chili, and garlic into wedges.
In a pan at low heat put olive oil and season the garlic, then add the chili, onion and finally the tomato, season to taste with pepper and oregano, with a masher of beans crush the sauce and then add the tequila. Once the tequila has warmed up, add the shrimp and let them turn into roses, taking care that they do not overcook, if necessary add more tequila and that's it.

PRESENTATION

On a plate put botanera sauce with lemon, salt and tajine.

TIPS

Constantly move the shrimp so that they are evenly browned.
