Delicious "hotdog" very Mexican, with jalapeño pepper and hot esquites. Hence the name for the prehispanic puppy "Xoloescuintle". This recipe is simply a different treat that you can not stop trying.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 5 corn, shelled
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 branch epazote
  • to taste salt
  • 8 sausages
  • 8 hot dog buns
  • 8 jalapeno Peppers
  • to taste mayonnaise
  • to taste mustard
  • to taste ketchup

Preparation

Finely chop the onion, add it in oil and add the corn grains. Dora lightly and season with a little salt.
Add the epazote and cook on low heat for 7 minutes. Move constantly to avoid burning. Once ready, reserve.
Carefully cut the tail and the tip of the jalapeño peppers and remove them with care not to break them.
Put a sausage in each chili along and place with little oil on the grill until golden brown.
Spread the bread for hotdog with mayonnaise to taste and place a sausage with chiles and asaditos.
Place the warm skits on top and add ketchup sauce and moztaza to taste.
Serve immediately; It is a delicious snack, spicy and very Mexican.
