Preparation
Separate the edges of the Arabic bread.
In a bowl mix the tuna, mayonnaise, diced bell pepper, gherkin slices and slices of green olive.
Fill each Arab bread with the mixture. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate overnight.
Do the same for the ham, one the arab bread with ricotta cheese, a slice of ham and a sheet of panela cheese. You can add the same vegetables from the previous one. Repeat the operation, roll in plastic and refrigerate.
The next day cut 3 cm rolls and place in a tray for snacks.
