Did you get late to receive your guests? Do not get complicated and prepare this delicious fried onion flower recipe accompanied by a creamy blue cheese dressing, they will love it.

  • 1 white onion, median
  • 1 liter vegetable oil
  • 100 grams all-purpose wheat flour
  • 100 grams bread crumbs, thick
  • 1 egg
  • 20 grams blue cheese, at room temperature
  • 100 milliliters sour cream
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 2 pinches table salt


Cut the onion cross without reaching the base, you can make all the cuts you want.
Flour the onion through the egg and embers. Fry and drain. For the dressing, mix the cream cheese and salt pepper.

Serve in an extended dish on spinach leaves.


Try not to cut the onions to the base. Add a piece of blue cheese in your dressing if you want it more intense.

Critica Construtiva Hola chic@s de kiwilimon! Primero los felicito y agradezco por sus tips y recetas son excelentes! Con respecto a la receta una persona me aconsejo dejar reposar la cebolla en agua con hielo para que se abra mas antes de empanizarla. Espero que tomen en cuenta mi critica. Saludos desde Costa rica.
