  • 1 baguette bread, Pan Arte® *
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 8 teaspoons olive oil, Sierra de Gata® *
  • 3 tomatoes, without chopped seeds
  • 250 grams Serrano ham, Redondo Iglesias® *
  • olives
  • capers, Bogador® capers *

Preparation

Cut bread and grill.
Smear clove of garlic cut in half.
Cut tomato in half and intar over bread.
Put serrano ham.
Spray olive oil.
Decorate with capers and olives.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a good Spanish wine.
