Preparation
Stew the mushrooms (previously disinfected) with a little onion and garlic powder until they are cooked to perfection.
Grate or slice the cheese of your choice. Form the synchronized ones by placing a bit of cheese in an omelette and on top of the mushroom stew, top with another tortilla. Do what you want.
Pour them in a hot pan or grill until the cheese melts and they look golden brown on the outside.
Cut the mango into cubes, finely chop cilantro, habanero pepper and purple onion. Mix everything in a bowl, squeeze a lemon, season with salt and pepper.
Cut the synchronized ones in quarters, serve with the pico de gallo de mango on top.
