These synchronized are perfect for both dinner and breakfast. The differentiator is pico de gallo, because instead of tomato it has mango, you can not imagine that exotic and delicious flavor.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 100 grams asadero cheese, or manchego
  • 150 grams white mushroom
  • flour tortillas, white or whole
  • 2 mangos, in small cubes
  • 1/4 cups red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 habanero pepper, deveined, finely chopped

Preparation

Stew the mushrooms (previously disinfected) with a little onion and garlic powder until they are cooked to perfection.
Grate or slice the cheese of your choice. Form the synchronized ones by placing a bit of cheese in an omelette and on top of the mushroom stew, top with another tortilla. Do what you want.
Pour them in a hot pan or grill until the cheese melts and they look golden brown on the outside.
Cut the mango into cubes, finely chop cilantro, habanero pepper and purple onion. Mix everything in a bowl, squeeze a lemon, season with salt and pepper.
Cut the synchronized ones in quarters, serve with the pico de gallo de mango on top.

PRESENTATION

Serve the center of the table with extra pico de gallo.

TIPS

You can make the salsa with serrano and peach chile if you want a different version.
