Ingredients

4 portions

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cups lemon

Preparation

In a pan heat the oil over medium heat until very hot.
Add the tripe and season with salt. Cook the tripe for 2 minutes on each side.
