Preparation
Marinade the shrimp in the juice of 5 lemons, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before preparing the ceviche.
Wash the shrimp marinated in lemon and place in a deep bowl.
Add the tomato, onion, cilantro, olives and serrano pepper to the shrimp.
Add the juice of the remaining 5 lemons, the ketchup and the orange soda. Mix well and season with salt to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving. When serving add slices of avocado.
