In a bowl add the onion with the lemon juice and salt, add the fish, the chili pepper, the garlic, the coriander, add a little more salt and season with pepper.
Rest in refrigeration for 30 minutes.
Serve with lettuce, corn, and sweet potato. Enjoy.
