Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups chickpea, Cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cod, desalted, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cups green olive, With bone
  • 1/2 cups black olive
  • 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper, milled
  • 4 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped

Preparation

Add the chickpea in a medium refractory, the cod, the olives, season, olive oil, salt and pepper, parsley. Mix perfectly and let stand for 10 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a salad bowl and serve with baked toast.
