Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 sea ​​bass fillets, (180 grams each)
  • 2 cups cherry tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cups black olives
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 1 lemon, its juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons anchovy, minced or anchovy pasta
  • 1 tablespoon pepperoncino Italian crushed red pepper, Italian pepper flakes
  • to taste olive oil

Preparation

Pre heat a frying pan or a grill over medium heat.
With your hands rub a little olive oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper. Cook the steaks on each side for 5 minutes and remove from the pan.
While cooking the fillets in a deep bowl, mix the tomato, parsley, olives, capers, lemon, garlic, anchovies, pepper and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the fish fillets and on them the fresh putanesca sauce.
