Preparation
To prepare the salad, chop the tomatoes, onion, nopales and cilantro, mix and salt and pepper. Lay aside.
Sasonar the fillets and place them in aluminum foil twice the size of the steak, since you have to reach us to wrap it later. Add 1/4 teaspoon of butter, 1/4 of the portion of the cactus salad and in the last layer add the oaxaca cheese and panela to taste. Wrap the fillets with aluminum foil.
