Preparation
Wash the fish fillet well, then cut into small strips approximately 5 centimeters long and 1 centimeter wide.
To prepare the mixture, in a medium-sized bowl, add flour for hotcakes, oregano, mustard, eggs and finally beer, beat well with a hand mixer at medium speed until no lumps remain.
Once the mixture is ready, add the pieces of fish that have been previously cut and with a fork beat until all the pieces are scrambled with the mixture.
Fry in a medium skillet with the flame high and about 1/2 cup of oil of your choice, add the pieces and brown them. Then let the oil in the pieces of fish already fried be absorbed in a medium container with absorbent paper.
Heat corn tortillas and spread a bit of mayonnaise in each one, add 1 or 2 pieces of fish, cabbage to taste, ketchup and it is ready to serve.
