Ingredients

8 servings
  • 500 grams of Flour for Gamesa® Hot Cakes
  • 1 kilo of fish fillet rockot
  • 1 can of beer
  • 2 pieces of egg White
  • to taste of oregano
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1/3 of Cup of mustard
  • 1 piece of cabbage
  • to taste of Mayonnaise
  • to taste of ketchup

    Preparation

    Wash the fish fillet well, then cut into small strips approximately 5 centimeters long and 1 centimeter wide.
    To prepare the mixture, in a medium-sized bowl, add flour for hotcakes, oregano, mustard, eggs and finally beer, beat well with a hand mixer at medium speed until no lumps remain.
    Once the mixture is ready, add the pieces of fish that have been previously cut and with a fork beat until all the pieces are scrambled with the mixture.
    Fry in a medium skillet with the flame high and about 1/2 cup of oil of your choice, add the pieces and brown them. Then let the oil in the pieces of fish already fried be absorbed in a medium container with absorbent paper.
    Heat corn tortillas and spread a bit of mayonnaise in each one, add 1 or 2 pieces of fish, cabbage to taste, ketchup and it is ready to serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Each serving is 4 tacos.

    TIPS

    It can be accompanied with a flag or pico de gallo sauce, guacamole and chili peppers with soy sauce, that gives it a lot of flavor, plus with the company of water of jamaica, horchata or barley they taste delicious!
