Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 kilos cod
  • 2 liters water
  • 1 liter water

Preparation

For cod, it depends on the weight of the cod. For a kilo of cod there are 4 liters of water, the water has to be cold.
In a bowl place the cod and the 2 liters of water, reserve in refrigeration.
The rest time in water depends on the thickness of the cod, for example, for 1 cm of thickness, it is 1 rest day; by 2 cm thick, 2 days of rest and so on.
Change the water three times a day and do not forget to pass it through a strainer so that all the salt stays in it.
Place the cod back in a bowl and add cold water again; repeat this process one more time.
When the time has passed and the water change repeats, remove from the water and place in a strainer.
In a pot, place a liter of water and when it boils, place the cod, cook for 5 minutes.
Take out the cod and shred it, taking care to remove all the bones, to help you remove all the bones in a bowl with cold water so that they come off your fingers.
Cook the cod to your liking and enjoy!

PRESENTATION
