Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 kilo of octopus thawed
  • 1 tablespoon of table salt
  • 1 unity of serrano pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper whole
  • 3 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 liters of Water
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 fist of laurel leaves
  • 1/2 onion
  • paprikas or paprika

    Preparation

    Bring 2 liters of water to boil with bay leaves, half onion, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, chile serrano.
    When releasing the boil. \ "Scare the Octopus \" which consists of putting in 4-second lapses and extracting the octopus from the boiling water. (This serves so that the skin does not detach from the flesh of the octopus)
