The Zarandeado Octopus is a different, original and delicious way to cook octopus . It is a recipe that is very easy to make and that does not take much time. The sauce that accompanies it is delicious.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 octopus, Use cooked octopus
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons soy
  • 2 tablespoons liquid seasoning
  • dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

In a bowl, add mayonnaise, soy sauce and Maggie sauce. Add thyme and stir well, looking for no lumps in the preparation.
With this marine mixture the cooked octopus .
Heat a frying pan and add a tablespoon of oil. Place the octopus and pass it for 5 minutes on each side, or until it is well browned.
Place the octopus on a plate and sprinkle paprika.

PRESENTATION

Accompany it with a potato salad.

TIPS

This dish can also be done on the coals.
