  • 2 spoonfuls of Great Value® olive oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • 2 cups of spinach cut into strips
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 1 1/2 cups of feta cheese
  • 2 spoonfuls of oregano
  • 180 grams of cheap shrimp
  • 2 1/2 cups of Great Value® wheat flour
  • 180 grams of Butter
  • 1 pinch of Great Value® salt
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 piece of egg yolk
  • 2 spoonfuls of Whole Wheat Great Value®

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a pan over medium heat add the oil, add the onion and garlic, when they are transparent add the spinach, cook for 5 minutes, let cool and reserve.
    In a bowl beat the eggs and add the spinach feta cheese, season with salt and pepper.
    Add the shrimp, mix well until it is cooked and reserved.
    For the pasta, add the flour, the butter in a processor, add the egg and yolk little by little, add the milk, process until a dough is obtained.
    On a floured surface, spread half of the dough to a thickness of 3 mm, place it in a pie pan.
    Pour the previous preparation, spread the other half of the mass of the diameter of the pie mold and with a heart cutter cut some so that they are in the center.
    Cover the pie with the pasta, and bake for 25 min.
