Ingredients

  • 1 jar tamarind sauce with extra special chipotle
  • 16 jumbo shrimp
  • 1 bar butter
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper extra special
  • to taste coarse salt, freshly ground

Preparation

Add butter, oil, garlic and onion in a pan.
Incorporate the shrimp cooking for approximately 7 minutes. Add the parsley and remove from heat.
Serve two or three tablespoons of tamarind sauce with extra special chipotle pepper and a cream cheese rectangle.
Then serve three shrimp sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.

TIPS
