This recipe is an exquisite gourmet grilled shrimp dish for you to share with all your family and friends. Make a good seafood platter and give these delicious and healthy flavors to those who cook for them.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/3 cups lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon liquid seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 pound big shrimp, raw, peeled and cleaned
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • rice, cooked and hot

Preparation

Combine the lemon juice, Maggi sauce, olive oil, honey, and soy sauce in a large bowl.
Add the shrimp and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium heat; Lightly grease the grill.
Thread the shrimp on the skewers. Cook on the top rack of the grill for about 5 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink on one side.
Flip the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes or until the shrimp are completely pink.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Serve rice.
Soak the wooden sticks in water for 30 minutes before skewering the shrimp.
