Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams jumbo shrimp
  • 4 dried chili
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/4 cups basil, chopped
  • 1 pinch fresh tarragon
  • 1 bunch chives

Preparation

Cut the butterfly shrimp and clean them.
Brown the chiles in the butter for 2 minutes.
Add the chopped scallions and cook for 1 minute more.
Add the garlic and fry for 3 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
Season and add the mustard, beat for 1 minute.
Add cream and beat until thick. Finally add basil and tarragon. Mix and serve.
