Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams pasta
  • 3 red tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 24 shrimps, cleansed
  • 100 grams parsley
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Chop the tomatoes, onion and parsley.
In a pan add the previous ingredients with a little oil to soften. Blend and return to the pan.
Integrate the shrimp to the previous mix and wait for them to turn pink.
Add the tomato and shrimp sauce to the previously cooked pasta, add salt and pepper to taste.
