Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 pineapples, mature
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1/2 liters cream
  • 250 grams butter
  • 100 grams walnut, chopped
  • 700 grams shrimp, or assorted seafood
  • 250 grams celery
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 450 grams Gouda cheese
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

First part the pineapple in half and along, this is important as it will serve as a container and presentation dish, remove the pineapple pulp with a knife and cut them into small pieces
Then in a pan with butter put to fry the seafood, not long if perhaps 10 seconds per side, at the same time fry the onion and chopped celery into very small pieces. Once the seafood is fried add the milk, cream, butter, pineapple, salt, walnut and pepper, making sure the mixture is thick and incorporating the grated cheese at the end.
Then put this mixture in the pineapple dish and put more grated cheese on top and put it in the oven for 5 or 10 minutes, the idea is that the cheese is gratin and does not burn.

PRESENTATION
